Job Overview: Partner with investigators to prepare and execute clinical studies. Recruit, screen, and guide patients through trial participation. Perform and oversee clinical procedures (IV placement, phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry, etc.). Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor patient safety and report adverse events promptly. Maintain accurate documentation and support audits/inspections. Train and mentor new team members while advocating for patient well-being.

Requirements

  • RN, LPN, or LVN (active and in good standing).
  • 3+ years in clinical research or equivalent training.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in clinical procedures including placing IV's, Phlebotomy, EKG's, obtaining patient vitals etc.

Nice To Haves

  • CCRC or CCRP certification
