About The Position
The Quality Control Data Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the Quality Department of a rapidly growing clinical research company. This position is centered around quality control and precise data entry for clinical studies, all conducted under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing study charts in accordance with established standards and protocols, ensuring that data is accurately entered into electronic systems, identifying discrepancies, and reporting any issues that arise. Collaboration with clinical research teams and sponsor representatives is a key aspect of this role, which also includes attending meetings, assisting during sponsor visits, and supporting training procedures. The emphasis is on maintaining professionalism and efficiency throughout all tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the healthcare field by helping patients engage in cutting-edge clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare quality, regulatory, or patient data, although clinical research experience is not mandatory.
