About The Position
Clinical Research Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) Chicago, IL | Full-Time | $24 an hour - $31.50 an hour (DOE) IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a temporary-to-permanent role in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical trial coordination experience, phlebotomy proficiency , and exposure to CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or social work–related studies . Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical research experience with phlebotomy
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple studies independently
Nice To Haves
- CNS or behavioral health research experience preferred
- CCRC certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trials per protocol and SOPs
- Communicate with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff
- Support investigators and ensure accurate documentation (ALCOA)
- Report adverse events and maintain study data integrity
