About The Position

Works under limited supervision and oversees the implementation of service delivery grant focused on LGBTQ+ youth suicide prevention. Day-to-day activities include data collection and management, as well as coordination with local community mental health organizations. Performs a variety of research activities including working with the Clinical Director to develop and administer data collection tools, assisting with any necessary compliance issues (such as Institutional Review Board and reports to funding agency), and supports and participates in academic efforts derived from the project. Job Description Performs a variety of research, data base, and processing, as well as clerical duties in support of project to assist investigators in organizing, gathering and compiling research data. Coordinates data collection and overall functioning of the service delivery project with local community mental health organizations in accordance with the federally-approved protocol and on the approved timeline. Organizes and maintains documentation required for project. Informs Principal Investigator and/or designated individual on any issues concerning data collection, maintenance, and analysis. Assists Principal Investigator with regulatory body filings including IRB submissions and reports to federal funding agency. Assists with organizing and writing manuscripts, presentations, and other academic products derived from the research. May provide clerical and technical support to ensure adherence to research protocols and quality of information received.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and SoCRA certification and 6 years of clinical research experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of clinical research experience
  • Master’s Degree and 1 year clinical research experience
