Requirements

  • Experience interacting with patients and coordinating care with medical staff.
  • Effective communication and good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Administer duties related to the collection of data and coordination of clinical trials.
  • Obtain informed consent from study participants.
  • Collect specimens and perform data entry.
  • Support assigned research protocols, generally non-therapeutic in nature.
  • Follow up with patients according to protocol via records review, clinic visits, or telephone calls.
  • Order supplies and prepare patient/participant documents for study visits.
  • Assist with the maintenance of regulatory documents and communicate with study sponsors.
  • Facilitate the collection of study-required specimens.
