About The Position
As a CRA you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. You will work on multiple oncology early development trials with a focus on quality of life and regional travel. The role involves demonstrating leadership through involvement in specific initiatives, mentoring junior team members, developing site start-up documents, providing input on study documents, and representing local trial managers in meetings. You will also support country budget development and assist with various metrics and KPIs outlined in the Quality Oversight Plan.
