A Clinical Research Associate I role is available under Dr Ravi Salgia, a thoracic oncologist. You will support the clinical and translational research program by performing a broad range of research activities. Clinical duties include patient screening and enrollment, informed consent, protocol coordination, and monitoring across oncology clinical trials. You will be responsible for abstracting and managing clinical, pathological, and outcomes data from electronic health records into research databases, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout. This role also involves contributing to the preparation and submission of peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference abstracts, and presentations by conducting literature reviews, compiling data, and supporting writing and revision cycles. Additionally, you will assist in the development of research proposals and grant applications for federal and foundation funding mechanisms, including preparation of supporting documents and coordination of timely submissions.
