In this role you will provide support to your team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in health science
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and the expertise to review and evaluate medical data
  • Advanced English level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good social skills enabling you to deal with queries in a timely manner
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
  • NOTE: Based only in Sao Paulo , as will need to attend the office at least one day per month

Responsibilities

  • Supports country Study Start‑Up (SSU) strategy in close collaboration with SSU leadership and global study teams
  • Accountable for end‑to-end site start‑up activities from country allocation through site Green Light
  • Conducts site selection and serves as primary point of contact for sites during feasibility and start‑up
  • Manages start‑up timelines, KPIs, system updates, and vendor set‑up to ensure timely delivery
  • Leads preparation, collection, and quality oversight of country and site‑level regulatory and TMF documents
  • Ensures compliance with financial standards, ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and readiness for site Green Light
