Position Summary:
The Clinical Research Analyst supports protocol-aligned clinical data activities including data interpretation, eligibility checks, scoring logic validation, and derived-field validation. This role ensures audit readiness, data accuracy, and compliance across clinical research workflows. This is a work from home eligible position.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years working with clinical or biomedical datasets.
• Experience supporting UAT, QC/QA cycles, and compliance-aware data handling.
• Knowledge of privacy, auditability, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform descriptive analysis, data cleaning, and issue investigation.
• Maintain traceability from protocol requirements to reporting outputs.
• Support QC/QA and UAT cycles.
• Develop and update SOPs, job aids, and documentation.
• Partner with investigators, data managers, and protocol analysts to clarify requirements.
