About The Position

This position performs a variety of routine clinical research tasks under the guidance of a supervisor to learn the basics of clinical research operations. The role involves carrying out qualitative research methods, including coordinating interviews, data acquisition (conducting and transcribing interviews), data analysis (qualitative analysis), and presenting results/disseminating findings. Research funding will cover the cost of transcription and qualitative analysis tools. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of routine clinical research tasks under the guidance of a supervisor.
Coordinate interviews for qualitative research.
Conduct and transcribe interviews for data acquisition.
Perform qualitative data analysis.
Present results and disseminate findings.
Log participant forms received and file as appropriate.
File participant charts and records.
Enter participant and other data into computer systems.
Retrieve participant and study information from various systems as directed by supervisor.
Assist with editing of documents related to clinical research.
Attend meetings related to clinical research as recommended by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
