Our clinical staff play a key role in working with clients to help them take ownership of their health and mental wellbeing, find their internal motivation, problem solve and achieve their health goals. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of clinical candidates. The majority of hiring will be for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians. This is a temporary part-time or full-time position starting at 6 months. Possibility of extensions/conversion.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of clinical recruiting experience, specifically recruiting multi-state Physicians and Nurse Practitioners across all 50 states.
  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
  • Experience with high-volume hiring needs- embraces the challenge and is a go-getter!
  • Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Experience scheduling your own candidate screens.
  • Experience 'closing down' candidates.
  • Savvy with platforms such as Lever & Indeed.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Lever preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc.
  • Build and manage robust pipeline of clinical candidates such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches and Registered Dietitians.
  • Review and assess applications/profiles to ensure job qualifications are met.
  • Effectively screen candidates to ensure strong interview to hire ratio.
  • Act as a direct point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process.
  • Present and manage candidate offers.
  • Work directly with Director of Talent to ensure hiring needs are being met.
  • Promote company’s reputation as 'best place to work.'
