Positive Leaps is hiring a 1099 Clinical Records & Quality Assurance Reviewer. Must possess an active Ohio Independent Licensure (LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S). Provides appropriate clinical training for interns (discipline specific), training therapists, and ongoing monitoring of established clinical staff. Maintains a small caseload to provide services to clients and families. Assists the department with monitoring and maintaining clinical practices through assessment of clinical skills, maintenance of quality and performance indicators, and providing a third tier of management to the Therapy Services Coordinator and Assistant Therapy Service Coordinator. Provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment for all clients in accordance with the philosophy and Mission of Positive Leaps.
