About The Position
The Clinical Quality Specialist is responsible for managing, organizing, coordinating, and supporting clinical quality performance measurement and improvement activities. This role focuses on enhancing patient safety and fostering a culture of safety within the organization by utilizing quality tracking forms, conducting Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and addressing safety concerns. The specialist will improve clinical outcomes by coaching frontline staff, sharing best practices, creating content for Patient Safety workgroups, and monitoring the effectiveness of various projects.
