The Clinical Quality Intern will assist in reviewing clinical documentation, classifying, and resolving internal incident reports within our internal ticketing system along with activities assigned by Director of Clinical Quality. This role will also help identify and escalate critical incidents to the designated parties. This is a part-time (25 hours per week), temporary, paid, six-month internship with potential for continuation based on performance and organizational need. Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
