The Psychology Intern is responsible for attending the clinical treatment planning for all youth within the cottage(s) to which they are assigned; these meetings are to be held weekly with the inclusion of the clinical team, supervisors and cottage staff utilizing the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM). The Psychology Intern shows dedication and willingness to work alongside the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) team, supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population. The Psychology Intern is required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents. The Psychology Intern is also responsible for providing clinical services to residents who present with problematic behaviors and their families. The Intern will be engaged in treatment, assessment, and consultation.
