Our Behavioral Health team is supported by a skilled team of dedicated case managers, patient service representatives and psychiatrists. Work within an integrated multispecialty group offering collaboration with more than 40 specialties, including psychiatry, primary care, and a comprehensive pain center. Benefit from a multidisciplinary approach to treatment planning with strong coordination across care teams. Clinical Practice Provide individual, family, or group therapy for a wide range of mental health conditions across a diverse patient population. Engage in treatment planning with patients and families to address moderate to severe behavioral and mental health needs. Option to develop and lead psychoeducational or ongoing therapy groups. Professional Environment Work 100%25 outpatient with no weekend requirements. Supported by Epic EMR and efficient clinical workflows. Requirements

Fully licensed PhD or PsyD in Washington State by time of hire
Individual therapy experience in an outpatient setting
Ability to diagnose and treat patients

Nice To Haves

Training and experience in brief therapy preferred
