About The Position

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is seeking Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to offer services to clients in their outpatient group office. Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of their many office locations across Massachusetts. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, robust risk management support, and APA-approved continuing education in-house. Talented support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and collection of payments, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.

Requirements

  • Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
  • Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles

Responsibilities

  • Offer services to clients in an outpatient group office
  • Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
  • Potentially supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay
  • Potentially run groups
  • Focus on clinical work, with support staff handling administrative functions
