About The Position

Requirements
- Valid Texas Medical License, or willingness to obtain within 180 days
- Completion of an accredited residency program (ACGME or AMA approved)
- BC/BE
- At least five years of leadership or management experience in clinical program operation
- Prior experience in correctional healthcare or institutional medical settings
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with physicians and clinical teams
- Clean record of malpractice and licensing history
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop high -performing medical teams
- Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- Must be licensed Psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists , Completion of an APA -accredited internship
