Focus Clinic is seeking a Michigan-licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to provide remote psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, mood concerns, and related learning/behavioral difficulties. This role is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys combining evidence-based therapy with practical, skills-forward strategies that translate into real-life wins at home, in school, and socially. Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD). from an accredited program.
  • Active Michigan Psychologist license in good standing (required).
  • Experience providing therapy for children and adolescents (ADHD/executive functioning strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of executive functioning, behavioral strategies, and skills-based interventions.
  • Comfort and effectiveness delivering care via Telehealth.
  • Eligible and willing to become credentialed with insurance panels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, family-centered approach.
  • Commitment to delivering care consistent with a faith-based and mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Telehealth psychotherapy (individual and family; optional groups) for children and adolescents with ADHD and related concerns.
  • Use evidence-based modalities tailored to the child and family (CBT, ACT, solution-focused, DBT-informed skills, parent guidance, behavior strategies, and executive functioning supports).
  • Support parents with practical strategies for routines, emotional regulation, behavior plans, and school collaboration as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with Focus Clinic medical and clinical team members to coordinate care and support whole-child outcomes.
  • Participate in clinic initiatives and ongoing improvement of Telehealth workflows and group programming.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (AI-assisted where appropriate) aligned with insurance and clinical quality standards.
  • Participate in periodic team meetings, clinical trainings, and case consultation.
