Requirements

Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program, with a valid or eligible Missouri license
At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology (experience with developmental disabilities is a plus)
Empathy, effective communication skills, and a dedication to inclusivity and diversity

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and implement tailored, evidence-based interventions
Collaborate with a team of behavior analysts, therapists, educators, and medical providers
Deliver results and recommendations compassionately and clearly to families and caregivers
Participate in early intervention programs, as well as individual, family, and group therapies
Support staff with clinical supervision and training, ensuring quality care and confidentiality
