Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program, with a valid or eligible Missouri license
  • At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology (experience with developmental disabilities is a plus)
  • Empathy, effective communication skills, and a dedication to inclusivity and diversity

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and implement tailored, evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with a team of behavior analysts, therapists, educators, and medical providers
  • Deliver results and recommendations compassionately and clearly to families and caregivers
  • Participate in early intervention programs, as well as individual, family, and group therapies
  • Support staff with clinical supervision and training, ensuring quality care and confidentiality
