About The Position

Clinical Psychologist – Leadership Role Televero Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Psychologist to join our growing leadership team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eating Disorders, Women’s Health, or Addictions, and a passion for both clinical excellence and team development. This dual-role position includes 50% leadership (onboarding team management and supervisory responsibilities) and 50% clinical work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
  • Completion of doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active Psychologist Licensure in Texas, Washington, Florida, or Colorado.
  • Minimum four years' experience post-licensure.
  • Certifications or advanced training in one or more of the following areas: CBT, DBT, CPT, Eating Disorders, Women’s Mental Health, Addictions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as supervising psychologist for a team of counselors including LPC-As, LPCs, LMSWs, LCSWs, and PhD Postdoctoral fellows.
  • Develop and implement onboarding protocols, competencies, and early-phase clinical support plans.
  • Oversee the clinical onboarding and integration of approximately 10 new clinicians per month, ensuring high standards of care and rapid deployment into clinical roles.
  • Provide structured individual and group supervision, including feedback, case consultation, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and senior clinical leadership to develop training, quality assurance purposes, and performance metrics.
  • Lead regular team meetings to support ongoing clinical growth, alignment with best practices, and compliance with licensure and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide direct evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse patient population for approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Maintain a caseload consistent with licensure, best practices, and organizational quality standards.
  • Serve as a model clinician in the use of CBT, DBT, CPT, or other specialized modalities.
  • Timely review and sign off on notes of other counseling mental health professionals.
