About The Position
The position involves applying biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions and providing evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches. The role requires regular and concise feedback to primary care providers and staff on the status of referred patients, along with recommendations for team-based care. Additionally, the incumbent will implement psychoeducational classes targeting high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic and document information in the electronic health record during patient encounters.
