About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking talented Outpatient Psychiatrists for our new Kansas City, MO location. We offer a 100% outpatient work environment in a group practice setting, with flexibility for telemedicine and in-person consultations. We are open to H1B and J-1 candidates, and we encourage psychiatrists who are fully licensed in Missouri, board certified or board eligible, and experienced in medication management and therapy to apply.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Missouri (MO) and board certified/board eligible.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Willingness to become licensed in Kansas (KS) is a plus.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Nice To Haves

• Open to supervision for nurse practitioners in both MO and KS.
• Experience in a group practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients in a group practice setting.
• Conduct telemedicine and in-person consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for patient care and supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
