Requirements

  • Master’s degree or licensed professional with post-licensure experience in mental health.
  • Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPC.
  • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Must complete New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias, at the initiation of employment and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support to Clinical Providers, holding individual supervisory sessions and team meetings to promote professional growth.
  • Assist supervisees in effective time management based on departmental needs.
  • Offer individual, group, and family counseling while tailoring approaches to meet client needs.
  • Present educational material in public forums to enhance community understanding of mental health.
  • Participate in client staffing to identify problems, establish treatment goals, and manage assigned cases.
  • Engage in emergency services to provide rapid aid during emotional crises.
  • Coordinate comprehensive follow-ups for clients under your care.
  • Review documentation, providing feedback and discipline as necessary to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff for the department.
  • Report critical incidents and responses to the Assistant Director or Director.
  • Certify travel vouchers for accuracy in claims.
  • Uphold Brightli's Operational Guidelines and ethical standards in your practice.
  • Contribute to staff development and training activities as needed.
  • Participate in evaluations and quality assurance processes.
