About The Position

Requirements

BS/BA and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
Expertise in visualization and workflow design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).
Proven experience leading prototypes, pilot programs, or MVP development.
Strong ability to map clinical workflows into user-centered solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various domains.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of product prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs).
Translate high-level requirements into functional mockups and interactive prototypes.
Ensure designs reflect user-centered principles and regulatory considerations.
Scope, plan, and lead new concept pilot programs to test product assumptions.
Define success metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product concepts with business cases.
Identify risks, barriers, and enablers to adoption in the design process.
