About The Position

At Mach7, we’re transforming how healthcare systems manage imaging data. Successful transformation takes more than great technology; it requires strong leadership to guide large -scale, complex initiatives across clinical, operational, and technical teams. That’s where you come in. As a Clinical Project Manager, you’ll lead high -visibility, multi -phase projects that directly impact our customers’ ability to deliver care. You’ll manage scope, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, keeping internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned from kickoff through go live.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex, cross -functional projects in healthcare IT or regulated industries
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies
  • Strong communication skills for executive -level updates and team alignment
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, change control, and reporting
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail -oriented
  • Adaptable and collaborative, able to navigate change and ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or other formal project/program management certification
  • Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems
  • Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare data standards
  • Exposure to regulatory requirements like HIPAA
  • Experience with Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform
  • Applications training or course content creation experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise -scale implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance structures including scope, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change controls
  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and clinical deliverables
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and executive steering committees, providing clear updates on status, risks, and decisions required
  • Partner with customer leadership to ensure business and clinical requirements are translated into actionable deliverables
  • Support training, validation, and go -live readiness to ensure smooth adoption and handoff to operational support teams
