About The Position

Thank you for considering Progyny! Progyny is seeking a Clinical Programs–Product Intern to support initiatives that strengthen product-market fit and measurable program outcomes. Responsibilities come with a strong emphasis on evidence-based design and voice-of-customer insights. The Clinical Programs team at Progyny is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle (vision, design, implementation, and evaluation) of patient-centered, clinically rigorous programs that drive measurable health outcomes, member satisfaction, and client ROI across fertility, pregnancy & postpartum, parenting, and menopause. Progyny [NASDAQ: PGNY] is a leading healthcare company reshaping family building by providing innovative fertility benefits to millions of people. Progyny has refined a differentiated approach to plan design, network development, and member experience that enables members to achieve more favorable outcomes than national averages along key fertility metrics. The intern program begins June 2nd, 2026 and will culminate in a presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Graduate student (MBA, MPH, or similar) with a background in healthcare (e.g., clinician, operations, analytics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience or interest in digital health, product strategy, or women’s health
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and familiarity with project management systems
  • Organized, self-starter who is eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support user research (interviews, focus groups, surveys) across clinical programs
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic program improvement
  • Identify unmet member and client needs across the program lifecycle
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Content teams to support product implementation and lifecycle marketing goals
  • Contribute insights to improve top-of-funnel engagement and conversion
  • Synthesis and presentation of user research findings and recommendations
  • Development of a program guide and/or launch playbook that incorporates discovered insights
  • Documentation and handoff materials to ensure continuity of work post-internship
