The Clinical Programs and Innovation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related accounting activities that support financial integrity across LifeGift. This position coordinates accounting documentation, maintains complete and compliant payable records, supports internal and external customers, and ensures that vendors are paid correctly and on schedule. Respond to data requests from the CMO and VP Organ Operations to evaluate clinical performance, donor management strategies, and operational trends. Extract, analyze, and interpret donor and operational data from True North and other systems to identify risks, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex datasets into reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive clinical decision-making and policy development. Collaborate with Health Informatics to develop Power BI dashboards integrating clinical, operational, and research data. Serve as liaison between LifeGift, external investigators, industry collaborators, and technology partners. Manage daily operations of investigator-sponsored and industry research studies including enrollment, protocol compliance, and data collection. Maintain study databases, enrollment metrics, milestones, and completion projections. Clearly communicate analytic findings to clinical, operational, executive, and external audiences. Educate staff on data literacy, research protocols, and analytics processes. Develop and deliver training materials, onboarding sessions, and analytics workshops. Ensure research datasets are audit-ready, validated, and compliant with governance standards. Maintain secure portals for protocol submission and documentation.
