In this role, you will be an essential member of a diverse and committed team of individuals working hard to prepare our youth for life. The youth we serve have experienced some significant trauma in their past so you will be working with a team trained in trauma-informed care. Your primary focus in this role will be providing individual and family therapy. Position Summary: At Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch our Clinical Program Therapists are an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team for adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and developmental challenges. They provide evidence-based interventions to promote the mental health and well-being of the youth on their caseload. This position involves conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on varying diagnoses. Clinical Program Therapists are also responsible for working with different funding agencies, complying with external contract requirements, and federal and state guidelines for PRTF. Starting Salary Range: Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience.
