About The Position

Are you a compassionate Clinical Leader ready to guide, inspire, and strengthen a team dedicated to recovery and behavioral health? We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to help lead our clinical programs and support both staff and clients in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field.
  • An Independent Professional license is required (LPCC or LCSW) In addition if the employee is a licensed behavioral health professional; he/she must also be credentialed and privileged before conducting assessments.
  • Current Board approved supervisor.
  • Specialized knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment
  • Outpatient, and sober living, treatment setting; requires walking throughout the facility, in the office, and in the community.
  • Direct contact with clients.
  • Able to work non-typical hours with the need to work evenings, nights, or weekends based on the need of the organization to provide client care.
  • Current and valid NM Driver License with an acceptable driving record (as defined in the guidelines)

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff, including therapists and case managers.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and assist in performance improvement as needed.
  • Offer regular individual and group supervision and mentorship, ensuring services align with clients' treatment plans.
  • Assist in managing clinical crises, offering in-the-moment support and guidance to staff.
  • Deliver in-house clinical trainings
  • Participate in leadership and case review meetings to improve accountability, workflow, and service quality.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for incoming clients.
  • Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnose mental health and substance use disorders
