The Clinical Program Supervisor - Regional Mobile Crisis works with the Regional Mobile Crisis management team (Region III of Virginia), to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of the Regional Mobile Crisis community-based team. Ensures Region III Mobile Crisis Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care-givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services. Provides direct services to individuals served.

  • Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care-givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services.
  • Provides direct services to individuals served.
  • Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis experience is preferred.
  • Ability to register as Licensure eligible is required.
  • At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
  • State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred.
  • Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
