Our team is looking for a Clinical Program Supervisor to join our New Horizons Residential Crisis Stabilization Program leadership team. As the Clinical Program Supervisor for New Horizons, you will provide direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. The supervisor assists in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and facility needs; in addition to providing services to individuals, families and groups as needed to meet the program's goals. In this supervisory role, it is the supervisor's responsibility to develop and maintain working relationships with clients, client's families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.
