About The Position

Clinical Program Managers plan, organize, implement and direct one or more mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or child development service delivery programs by establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; monitoring and evaluating program performance; developing and monitoring budgets; integrating programs with other state and community services; and supervising clinical and administrative staff, typically including licensed Psychologists and/or subordinate supervisors of professional clinicians. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health, Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services is looking for an energetic and motivated Clinical Program Manager I (CPM I) to join our management team in Sparks. Our mission is to provide psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation services in the least restrictive setting to support personal recovery and enhance quality of life. Primary responsibilities for this CPM I include the management of the outpatient Medication Clinic and our Quality Assurance processes. This position provides administrative oversight of psychiatrists, APRN's, residents, PA's and a quality assurance specialist. The Medication Clinic is integral to the service array at NNAMHS and works collaboratively with all other outpatient programs to provide comprehensive services. Quality assurance processes include the creation and monitoring of performance indicators, providing occasional trainings to staff, and compiling data to guide immediate and long-term management decisions. *THIS RECRUITMENT MAY CLOSE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED. Requirements
