Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Rehabilitation or Human Services Field preferred.
  • Five years of experience in rehabilitation service provision required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Implement strategic plans and provide training on marketing tools.
  • Work with regional Clinical Evaluators to establish and evaluate local relationships, outreach efforts, and the referral sources supporting these populations.
  • Prepare reports of Clinical Evaluators’ efforts and identify regional industry trends to make programmatic recommendations to Admissions committee.
  • Participate in regional/national conferences, monthly Admission Team Meetings, and required in-service training.
  • Provide contact, referral information, and reports to the computerized database system.
  • Communicate responsibly with program participants, family members, and payors regarding rehabilitation planning, admissions, etc.
  • Achieve individual/team admission targets.
  • Perform clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for the operating business and subsidiary programs.
  • Complete all pre-admission and Integrity Checklist protocols on regional referrals.
