Requirements

  • Possess strong leadershp skills
  • Experience in referral managment and assessment processes, protocols, and best practices.
  • Knowlege of the healthcare systems, basic insurance requirements, and regulatory guidelines related to referrals, and assessments allowing access
  • Analytical Skills
  • Minimum Masters Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psycology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably two or more years’ experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting and experience in health care business, business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • effectively manage and inspire the referral managment team, provide guidance, set performane expectations and promote a positive and collaborative work environment, effective communication, delegation, and confilct resolution skills are essential.
  • optimize the team performance, identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance effciencey and patienet outcomes.
  • evaluate data and identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance effciency and quality of care.
  • address challenges and make informed decisios to optimize the referral and assessment processes.
