Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. has an opening for a Program Assistant for our Emergency and Mobile Services Department.    Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience. Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support and quality assurance oversight to the Mobile Crisis / Emergency services teams.
  • Monitor event processing for Mobile Crisis / Emergency services to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Coordinate and maintain Mobile Crisis / Emergency services schedules.
  • Assess, develop, and improve workflow processes to support team efficiency.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes for the Mobile Crisis / Emergency services staff meetings.
  • Collect and compile data for state or agency driven projects.
  • Assist clinical staff in the maintenance of the patient information in the electronic health record including, but not limited to, program admission and discharge, eligibility, treatment team configuration, diagnoses, and other documentation fields as needed.
  • Support EHR training and assist with troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Monitor reports and participate in record audits to support compliance and quality improvement efforts.
  • Cross-train in all program assistant support functions and provide coverage as needed.
  • Performs other related duties consistent with employee's training and experience as assigned.
