About The Position

The Clinical Professional Supervisor for Student Assistance Services at Coastline EAP is responsible for overseeing and managing clinical, prevention, and training services within the Student Assistance Services Division. This role involves providing supervision to Student Assistance Counselors, developing new programs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The supervisor will also engage in professional development activities and represent the organization in various committees and planning sessions.

Requirements

• LMHC or LICSW, or will be receiving full licensure within 6 months of starting position.
• Minimum 7 years' experience providing school-based prevention/early intervention services for middle and high school youth.
• Demonstrated expertise in child/adolescent behavioral health (substance use/mental health).
• Expertise in motivational interviewing.
• Experience in training, public speaking, or teaching.
• Professional verbal, written, presentation, and training skills.
• Computer competence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn and coach SACs in virtual platforms for Project SUCCESS.
• Fluency in Mosaix Data Entry System.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student assistance counselors on clinical and programmatic functions of the Student Assistance Program/Project SUCCESS.
• Coach, evaluate, and monitor the work quality of assigned Student Assistance Counselors (SAC).
• Monitor assigned school programs to ensure compliance with State and Federal program requirements.
• Evaluate and monitor SAP in assigned districts through logbook reviews and data analysis.
• Provide clinical interventions and crisis support to schools as needed.
• Deliver professional development to SACs to meet certification requirements.
• Conduct seminars and workshops for students, school personnel, and community organizations.
• Assist in developing new procedures and data systems.
• Represent RISAS on statewide committees and task forces.
