Requirements

• Two (2) years post-high school education.
• Two (2) years of healthcare-related work experience.
• Experience in training/teaching others in a professional environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Forms.
• BLS certification through AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross required within the first 60 days.

• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of all the Lovelace Health System outpatient clinics for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Train and educate non-clinical staff, teaching non-clinical classes, and may help with appropriate clinical training as needed.
• Assist in the creation of presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation software as required.
• Conduct classes on topics such as HIPAA compliance, hand washing, communication, customer service skills, patient experience, learning styles, and teaching styles.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Participate in compliance and other required training as a condition of employment.
