We work together to help people lead longer, healthier, and happier lives.   Job Summary The Clinical Product Training Manager (Central) is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of clinical and technical training programs supporting Liquidia’s commercial products. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in disease state education, product knowledge, and partner training, acting as a strategic liaison between internal Liquidia teams, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality education that supports patient access and appropriate product use. This role will be covering the Central region of the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or master's degree in nursing
  • 8+ years of combined clinical, training, or healthcare business experience (or 6+ with masters), including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity, such as owning training initiatives, mentoring peers, or acting as a subject-matter expert across teams.
  • Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact) with ability to obtain and maintain additional licenses for assigned territory
  • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy services, patient support programs, and healthcare delivery models.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education, training, or presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a field-based role.
  • Ability to travel up to 70–75%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and product training curricula, educational standards, and support materials for product distribution partners and the Liquidia access program.
  • Deliver engaging and informative disease state, product, and device training programs to audiences of varying sizes in both field-based and corporate settings.
  • Serve as a clinical education liaison between Liquidia and internal partners to ensure alignment with approved messaging, training objectives, and compliance requirements.
  • Act with urgency when addressing critical training needs that may impact patient access, product initiation, or continuity of therapy.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key partner stakeholders through both in-person and virtual engagement.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute training sessions across assigned geographic territories, including field locations and corporate facilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Liquidia teams, including market access, sales, training, marketing, medical affairs.
  • Conduct recurring clinical and product training sessions with specialty pharmacy (SP) partners in both group settings and one-on-one engagements, including in-person and virtual educational sessions.
  • Partner closely with internal product complaints and specialty pharmacy stakeholders to support the review and investigation of product complaints and/or adverse events, collaborating to research details, provide clinical context, and facilitate appropriate follow-up and documentation in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal field team training initiatives related to product knowledge, specialty pharmacy workflows, and patient support programs.
  • Identify training gaps, partner needs, and opportunities to enhance service quality and responsiveness; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in company-sponsored meetings, trade shows, and national or international medical conferences related to Liquidia products and disease states.
  • Provide clinical education support and product knowledge to various internal Liquidia departments as needed.
  • Foster trust and long-term partner engagement through clear, consistent, and professional communication.
  • Participate in scheduled planning, alignment, and strategy meetings, providing field-based insights and recommendations.
  • Follow all company compliance policies, procedures, and training requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
