We’re seeking a licensed School Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our product team as a Clinical Product Specialist, bridging the gap between clinical expertise and cutting-edge assessment technology. You’ll help shape product development, support sales efforts, and champion evidence-based assessment practices that drive better outcomes for individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions.

Requirements

  • Doctoral or Specialist degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
  • Current licensure/certification as a school or clinical psychologist
  • Strong experience with standardized and developmental assessments (including autism and IDD)
  • Knowledge of FBA/BIP development and evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Comfortable with technology demonstrations and customer-facing interactions

Nice To Haves

  • BCBA certification in addition to psychology credentials
  • Familiarity with tools like ADOS-2, ADI-R, Vineland-3, ABLLS-3, AFLS
  • Experience with digital assessment platforms or computerized adaptive testing
  • Background in early intervention, school-based services, or transition programs
  • Experience in training, consultation, or professional development
  • Understanding of special education compliance and IEP processes
  • Exposure to sales support or edtech business development

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical voice guiding assessment platform design and refinement.
  • Conduct engaging product demos for administrators, clinicians, and district leaders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create presentations, case studies, and training materials.
  • Partner with the product and development teams to ensure clinical accuracy and value.
  • Represent CentralReach at trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate the ROI of assessment technology.
  • Provide clinical support in sales processes, leveraging your expertise in special education and evaluation.
