PRN team members help ensure consistent, exceptional service while supporting the overall success of the care team in the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.
Requirements
- RN/LPN: Current and valid nursing license in the state of employment.
- CMA: Active certification as a Medication Aide in the state of employment.
- CNA: Active certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care and assistance to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and community standards.

- Accurately document care, observations, and communications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
