About The Position

The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day administration of assigned clinic or clinics. This includes managing processes and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The Clinical Practice Manager collaborates with the leadership team to deploy and manage business processes within the organization.

Requirements

  • LPN or RN required
  • At least two years’ professional experience in the healthcare field
  • Knowledge and skills related to managing day to day operations for an organization.
  • Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information.
  • Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee credentialing process to ensure the process is completed in time.
  • Assist CMO with scheduling education, preparing presentations, arranging meetings.
  • Assist with compilation of data for TCM program.
  • Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, 401k.
  • Help create marketing materials and other handouts necessary for service lines and clinics.
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the front office.
  • Interface with building property manager to reserve conference rooms or addresses issues in the suite.
  • Ensure faxes and phone calls are being answered in a timely manner.
  • Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting.
  • Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources that are needed in the field.
  • Assist with claims clarification issues.
  • Act as the primary SuperUser for all current Electronic Medical Records in use
  • Assist with data compilation and analytics.
  • Resident and medical student program liaison
  • Manage supplies, including orders from Mckesson and Amazon
  • Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
