A Clinical Postdoctoral Fellow pursuing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) track will receive comprehensive ABA training including didactics, ongoing consultation, co-therapy/supervision, video review, and observational learning opportunities over the course of an 24 month fellowship provided by dual licensed Psychologists and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Additionally any ABA Fellows will be eligible for BCBA certification upon completion of required fieldwork hours. We also offer subspecialties of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Selective Mutism (SM) with possibilities of certification. Fellows would receive the necessary individual and group supervision (minimum of 2 hours per week) for NYS licensure and Behavior Analyst Certification Board requirements. We are an excellent training site that prioritizes direct care learning opportunities, 1:1 supervision and growth and have clinicians that specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, PCIT, PCIT-SM, PMT and ERP to assess and treat children, adolescents and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, disruptive behavior, ASD and ADHD.
