About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Licensed or registered within 6 months of hire (if required by state).
• Successful completion of the designated training course within 6 months of hire (if required).
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate level mathematical calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare or pharmacy technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate basic prescription drug refill requests and process according to company policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning, and testing.
• Collect and maintain basic patient information for accurate planning of materials and prescriptions.
• Ensure a positive patient experience by answering questions and responding to requests.
• Receive and verify incoming supplies and materials, stocking and storing them appropriately.
• Review expiration dates and identify shortages in inventory.
• Pick and pack materials and supplies, creating tickets for tracking inventory.
• Schedule routine patient deliveries.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces and organize supplies.
