The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).   • Bachelor's Degree - BS in Pharmacy. Or PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate of Pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
  • When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
  • Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
