Short Description The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines.

Requirements

  • Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
  • PGY2 required in specialty or equivalent clinically relevant experience
  • PGY1 required
  • Doctorate Degree
  • New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months).
  • Postgraduate (PGY2) residency in required specialty.
