About The Position

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our healthcare team as a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist in Psychiatry. This advanced practice role will support and enhance psychopharmacologic care for patients across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings.

Requirements

• PharmD required.
• Board Certification in Psychiatric Pharmacy (BCPP) preferred or eligibility required within 1 year of hire.
• Completion of a PGY2 Residency in Psychiatric Pharmacy strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver clinical pharmacy services in mental health or related practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of psychotropic medication use through evidence-based, patient-centered pharmacotherapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing, and case management in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Contribute to the development of medication protocols, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives in psychiatric care.
