Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of pharmacy residency program.
Two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for the clinical pharmacy residency program.
Eligibility for licensure as a Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
