About The Position

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Cancer Institute Willamette Falls in Oregon City, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift - 4- 10 hour shifts with no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
  • 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
