About The Position

Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Cancer Institute Willamette Falls in Oregon City, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift - 4- 10 hour shifts with no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Or PharmD In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Coursework/Training Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
  • Within 2 years of hire Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
  • TWO years of Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting - OR - FIVE years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.
